Linn Crader - Executive Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions

Based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Linn Crader is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) specialist who has served as president at Business Transition Services, Inc. (BTSI) since 2008. In this capacity, he utilizes a five-discipline integrated M&A model, which considers accounting, tax mitigation, and wealth retention, to help clients achieve greater after-tax transaction yields. Linn Crader has facilitated hundreds of transactions throughout his career.

At BTSI, Mr. Crader leads a six-person executive team that, in addition to negotiating sales between buyers and sellers, conducts in-depth examinations of client businesses to find buyers with similar goals. He has over four decades of experience in M&A, providing effective tax-saving strategies and estate planning in deal structures, and previously served as vice president of Finn & West Inc.

A skilled guest speaker, Mr. Crader has addressed several national seminars and taught multiple continuing education courses. He maintains membership with the International Business Brokers Association, Inc. and the M&A Source and formerly served as a VP of finance for the Institute of Certified Business Counselors.
